678 unit Student Apartment block, with 37,000 sq ft of commercial office & academic space, 7 to 11 floors .

London: Commercial Retail. 120,000 Sq Ft high quality retail development.
Validation of RIBA stage 4 MEP package, and production of full MEP drawings and schedules for construction, REVIT with 2 D extractions.
London: 441 residential accommodation units
RIBA Stage 4 to 5 production of all MEP drawings, including stage 4 design validation and AGD & rainwater design. Revit with 2D extraction.
