Video Creator & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and versatile Video Creator & Graphic Designer with strong experience in video production, graphic design, and digital content creation. The role involves creating engaging visual content for social media, websites, events, marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and technical service promotions. The ideal candidate should be able to combine creativity, storytelling, design principles, and AI-powered tools to produce modern, professional, and industry-standard content. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for LinkedIn, websites, exhibitions, email campaigns and marketing initiatives. 

• Develop event highlight videos, corporate showcase videos, project presentations, case study videos, service explainers and promotional content. 

• Design social media creatives, website banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, exhibition graphics and marketing collateral. 

• Create motion graphics, animated infographics, and basic animations to enhance visual storytelling. 

• Edit videos with professional transitions, subtitles, voiceovers, sound effects and visual enhancements. 

• Work with technical teams to translate engineering, BIM, AEC and industrial concepts into engaging visual content. 

• Create reusable templates and branded assets to maintain consistency across all marketing channels. 

• Utilize AI-powered tools for video generation, image creation, content enhancement, voiceovers, and workflow automation. 

• Stay updated with emerging design trends, video formats, social media best practices, and creative technologies. 

• Coordinate with the Marketing team to deliver content aligned with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and business goals. 

 Necessary Requirements 

• Experience: 4–7 years in video editing, graphic design, multimedia production or digital content creation. 

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Digital Media or a related field. 

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Canva Pro and Synthesia, with working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar platforms. 

• Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Pika, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, or equivalent platforms, with the ability and willingness to quickly adopt emerging technologies as the company's creative technology stack evolves. 

• Strong understanding of video storytelling, branding, typography, layout design, visual communication and social media content creation, along with experience developing content for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, websites and digital marketing campaigns. 

• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both video production and graphic design, including event videos, corporate showcases, explainer videos, social media content, presentations and marketing collateral. 

• Excellent communication, project coordination and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

• Experience creating content for Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), BIM, Mission Critical Infrastructure, Industrial, Manufacturing, Technology, or related sectors will be considered an advantage.
