BIM Coordinator – Fabrication (Central BIM)

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our Central BIM team, with a primary focus on fabrication database creation and editing. The role will support multiple projects by maintaining accurate fabrication data and ensuring BIM models meet company standards and project requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create, edit and maintain fabrication databases for multiple projects

• Support fabrication-ready BIM models

• Coordinate BIM standards across projects as part of the Central BIM team

• Review and check models for accuracy and compliance

• Assist project teams with BIM and fabrication-related queries

  
  Necessary Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• 6+ years of experience in BIM coordination

• Experience in fabrication database creation and editing

• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and standards

• Experience in working on UK, Irish, European or US projects till fabrication level modelling and spools generation

• Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks)

• Preferable to have knowledge of add-ins or any other software for execution of fabrication projects

• Good coordination and communication skills
